1. Services
We provide residential and commercial pest control services in Arizona. Any pricing shown on this site is an estimate range; final pricing is confirmed after we assess your property and scope of work. Published prices may change over time.
Pest control reduces and manages pest activity; it is not a guarantee of permanent or total elimination, particularly for properties bordering open desert, agriculture, or shared structures. We will always be straight with you about what control can realistically achieve.
2. Scheduling and property access
You agree to provide safe access to the areas to be treated, secure pets during and after service as instructed, and clear access along exterior walls and treatment zones. Missed or inaccessible appointments may need to be rescheduled.
3. Pricing and payment
Recurring plans are billed on the cadence described at signup and are month-to-month unless a written agreement states otherwise. One-time and specialty jobs (such as termite or bed bug treatments) are quoted separately. Payment is due as set out in your service agreement or invoice.
4. Re-service guarantee
Covered pests that return between scheduled visits are re-treated at no charge, as described on our guarantee page. The guarantee applies to pests included in your plan and does not cover new infestations or conditions we flagged in writing that go unaddressed.
5. Text messages
If you opt in to SMS, message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Our handling of text-messaging consent and data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, follow any preparation instructions we give (especially for heat or interior treatments), and address conducive conditions we identify, such as water leaks or structural gaps, that pest treatment alone cannot fix.
7. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our services and website are provided “as is.” We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated in your written service agreement and our published guarantee.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEARPEST LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
9. Intellectual property
The content, branding, and design of this website are owned by NEARPEST LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
