Rodent evidence and access
Tell us about sightings, droppings, gnawing or nesting material and where you found them. Include attic, garage, shed or stockroom access restrictions. Sounds alone do not identify the animal.

Optional Rodent Monitoring Protection starts at $69 setup + $15/mo. General pest plans do not include rodent stations. Active infestations, trapping and exclusion require inspection and a separate written quote.
Trapping and follow-up
The inspection guides removal work in the affected spaces. Equipment placement, checks and follow-up are stated in the specialty agreement. Tell us about pets, occupied rooms or business operations that affect access.
Entry openings and exclusion
Exclusion addresses identified openings that rodents may use to enter. An exclusion quote lists the openings, materials, access requirements and limits of the work. Structural repairs are separate from general pest treatment and monitoring.
Cleanup and damaged materials
Describe nesting material, droppings or damage to stored items, insulation or wiring. Cleanup, replacement and repairs are separate from trapping. Some work may require another contractor.
