Rodent signs around vehicles and storage
Describe gnawing, nesting material, droppings or sightings around vehicles and stored equipment. Include the affected location and available access. The inspection identifies the evidence before removal work is priced. Vehicle wiring repairs are separate from pest service.
Removal and exclusion
Active trapping, removal and structural exclusion require inspection and a written quote. The quote lists the affected spaces, removal work, accessible openings, materials and follow-up. Nesting material and cleanup are discussed separately.
Optional monitoring
Rodent Monitoring Protection starts at $69 setup + $15/mo. Monitoring is separate from removing animals already inside or repairing entry openings.
Follow-up
Report fresh signs and their locations. The written specialty terms set equipment checks and follow-up coverage. Additional repair or cleanup work needs its own agreement.
