Standard scorpion control is included in General Pest Protection. Recurring visits consider the treatment areas and common entry points. Scorpion Sealing / Exclusion is separate work, starting at $399, with the openings and price confirmed before service.

Report repeated sightings and their locations when discussing the visit schedule. A scorpion sighting does not automatically mean Monthly is required or that a structural repair is included in the recurring price.

Scorpion treatment and sealing

If you find gnawing, droppings, nesting material, or movement in a garage or outbuilding, start with an inspection. Active trapping and exclusion are quoted separately. Optional Rodent Monitoring Protection starts at $69 setup plus $15 per month; that is not a price for clearing an active infestation.

Ask which removal work, openings, follow-up visits, and cleanup questions the proposal covers. Access to a shed or roof space can change what is practical. General pest protection does not include an unspecified rodent project.

Rodent control

Quarterly visits occur every 3 calendar months, Home Defense every 2 calendar months, and Monthly each calendar month. Billing is monthly for all three. Plans start at $45 per month, plus Initial Defense; home size affects the published rate.

Covered pests qualify for re-service under an active recurring plan’s written guarantee. Termites, bed bugs, German cockroach infestations, and other specialty work have separate scopes and follow-up terms. Review the plan details before enrolling.

Complete residential plans

Business service starts with a walkthrough and written proposal. Describe the premises, operating hours, areas with activity, and access requirements. A restaurant, office, warehouse, and shared-property program are priced and planned separately from residential service.
