Common areas and occupied units
Tell us which buildings, shared walls, grounds or units need service. A common-area or apartment exterior program does not include every occupied unit. Unit treatment requires separate access and authorization.
Resident reports
Provide the unit or common-area location, pest concern and any existing photos or service history. Identify who can contact occupants and authorize entry. This information helps the inspection address the reported activity.
Turnover service
For an empty unit, include the planned occupancy date, current condition and any cleaning or repairs underway. Bed bugs, German cockroaches and other specialty concerns need separate service. Appointment availability is confirmed with the team.
Rodents and scorpions
Report the location of sightings, droppings or gnawing. Monitoring, active trapping and closing rodent entry openings are separate work. Structural scorpion sealing is also separate from treatment.
Records for the property team
Tell us who receives service notes and preparation instructions. The agreement sets the records and follow-up provided. Each property needs its own service areas and authorized contact.
