Recurring residential plans are month to month. If a pest covered by your active plan returns between scheduled visits, contact us to arrange a targeted re-service under our written guarantee.
Inspection before recommendation
The right treatment depends on where activity is occurring and what the inspection finds. Tell us whether the problem is inside the home, along a block wall, around a garage, or near another part of the property.
For scorpions, ants, crickets, spiders and outdoor cockroaches, we review activity, accessible hiding places and likely entry points. The recommended plan should identify the covered pests, treatment areas and visit schedule.
Scratching, droppings or gnawing need an inspection to identify the animal and the areas involved. Active trapping, exclusion and cleanup are different from preventive monitoring; the written quote should explain which work is needed and included.
Termite activity, bed bugs, German cockroaches and bird problems need their own assessment. A general-pest plan price does not establish the cost or coverage of that work.
Published home-size rates
Choose a visit schedule based on the property and pest activity. Every recurring plan is billed monthly, even when visits take place every two or three calendar months.

Your first service payment includes Initial Defense plus the first monthly payment. For example, Quarterly starts at $194 ($149 + $45) for the first service on a home up to 2,500 sq ft, before applicable taxes and separately approved work. Monthly billing then continues at $45 for that tier.
Homes over 4,500 square feet, acreage, extra buildings, unusual access and specialty infestations require a written quote. German cockroach infestations and seasonal mosquito reduction are separate services with their own inspection and written price. Confirm covered pests, preparation, visit frequency and re-service conditions before enrolling.
Commercial service
Commercial service starts with the property, operating hours and pest activity. Tell us whether you manage an office, restaurant, warehouse, rental property or common area. We will confirm whether the request fits our service coverage and arrange the next step.
A commercial proposal should identify the areas served, visit frequency, monitoring, required customer preparation and service records. Commercial work is quoted separately from residential plans.
Contact us with the full property address and pest concern. Availability depends on the location, route schedule, service requested and access requirements. We confirm the service window before booking.
Do not assume specialty work is included. Active rodent trapping or exclusion, termite treatment and bed-bug work require separate assessment and written service details. The recurring agreement identifies its covered pests.
Call or text NEARPEST. Covered activity on an active recurring plan can receive targeted re-service between scheduled visits under the written guarantee. Read the coverage and conditions on the guarantee page.
Only the Monthly plan has a scheduled visit every calendar month. Quarterly visits occur every three calendar months and Home Defense visits every 60 days. All three plans are billed monthly.
