Pricing questions
How much is pest control in Arizona?
For recurring service in the Phoenix metro, expect roughly $35-$70 per month depending on visit frequency and what's covered. Our plans: Shield $35/mo (quarterly), Shield+ $45/mo (bi-monthly with a scorpion program), Max $59/mo (monthly plus seasonal mosquito control). The $99 initial visit covers the interior + exterior knockdown.
Why do other companies make me call for a quote?
Because unpublished pricing lets them quote what they think you'll pay. Our pricing is flat by plan, not by ZIP code or negotiation skill. Same price in Gilbert as in Scottsdale.
What does the $99 initial visit include?
A full interior and exterior service: crack-and-crevice treatment, web and nest removal, granule application in landscape beds, entry-point inspection, and a written report of what we found. It resets the property so the recurring plan can hold the line.
Are termites, bed bugs, or rodent exclusion included in plans?
No — and anyone who says they're 'included' is burying the cost somewhere. Termite treatment, bed bug heat treatment, and rodent exclusion are quoted jobs. The inspections are free, the quote is written, and plan customers get priority scheduling.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Service is month-to-month after the initial visit. No 12-month contracts, no cancellation fees. If we're not earning the next visit, you shouldn't have to pay for it.
Is there a guarantee?
Every plan includes free re-service: if covered pests show back up between scheduled visits, we come back and re-treat at no charge. That's the whole deal — no fine print.
