How does monthly billing work?
Every recurring plan is charged monthly through automatic payment. Your payment stays the same each month even when the plan's scheduled visits occur every 2 or 3 calendar months. There are no larger per-visit invoices.
What does the Initial Defense Service include?
It includes an interior and exterior inspection, initial exterior treatment, targeted interior treatment, garage and entry-point treatment, accessible de-webbing, pest activity documentation, an initial Defense Report, and recommended corrective actions.
Are specialty infestations included?
Specialty infestations and structural work are separately quoted. Termites, German cockroaches, bed bugs, exclusion, trapping, attic remediation, wildlife, detached structures, and similar work receive written service details and price before service begins.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Residential plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancellation ends future scheduled services and guarantee coverage.
What does the re-service guarantee cover?
If a pest covered by your active plan returns between scheduled visits, NEARPEST provides a targeted re-service at no additional charge. Specialty or separately quoted work is not included unless its written service details says otherwise.
