Quarterly leaves three calendar months between scheduled visits. It can be a starting point for a maintained home with lower activity. The same core pest coverage applies as on the more frequent plans, and covered-pest re-service remains available between visits under the written guarantee.
Four scheduled visits cover a full year of active service, including Initial Defense. The price is paid monthly. For eligible single-family homes up to 2,500 sq ft without acreage or unusual needs, the featured first month is $75 total including initial service, then $45/month from month two. Other home-size tiers use standard pricing.

Home Defense schedules a visit every two calendar months. That is six scheduled visits in a full year of active service, including Initial Defense. It provides a shorter interval than Quarterly while keeping the same core coverage. Describe repeated ant, cricket or other covered activity when comparing the schedules.
The starting rate is $55 per month for homes up to 2,500 sq ft. The first payment is $204: $149 Initial Defense plus the first $55 monthly payment. Monthly billing continues separately from the visit dates.

Rodent monitoring, mosquito protection, and termite bait protection are optional paid add-ons. German roaches, fleas and ticks, bed bugs, bee and wasp treatment, and sealing have separate starting prices below. Homes over 4,500 sq ft, acreage, and heavy-pressure properties also receive a written quote.

How monthly billing works
All recurring plans are billed monthly. Quarterly has four scheduled visits a year, Home Defense has six, and Monthly has twelve. You choose the visit schedule, with the same core general-pest coverage.

Initial Defense: your first visit
Outside the featured Quarterly offer, initial Defense is $149 for homes up to 2,500 sq ft, $179 for 2,501–3,500 sq ft, or $209 for 3,501–4,500 sq ft. Your first payment includes Initial Defense plus the first monthly payment.
Your general-pest guarantee
General Pest Protection includes ants, spiders, crickets, earwigs, common household roaches, and standard scorpion protection. Covered pests qualify for re-service between scheduled visits under your active plan.
The free re-service applies to covered pests on an active recurring plan between scheduled visits. Add-on and specialty follow-up terms are confirmed separately in writing. One-time service does not include the ongoing recurring-plan guarantee.

Common questions
How does monthly billing work?
Every recurring plan is charged monthly through automatic payment. Your payment stays the same each month even when the plan's scheduled visits occur every 2 or 3 calendar months. There are no larger per-visit invoices.
What does the Initial Defense Service include?
The visit includes inspection, exterior perimeter treatment, garage treatment, interior treatment on request, web and accessible nest removal, and attention to common entry points. Structural sealing and exclusion are separate.
Are specialty infestations included?
No. German roaches, fleas and ticks, bee and wasp treatment, bed bugs, sealing, and one-time treatments have separate starting prices. Rodent monitoring, mosquito protection, and termite bait protection are optional recurring add-ons.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Residential plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancellation ends future scheduled services and guarantee coverage.
What does the re-service guarantee cover?
If a pest covered by your active plan returns between scheduled visits, NEARPEST provides a targeted re-service at no additional charge. Specialty or separately quoted work is not included unless its written service details says otherwise.
