How it works.

What counts
The pests on your plan, active again before your next scheduled visit. Every plan lists its covered pests right on the card — a Basic customer with scorpions needs the Scorpion plan, not a callback, and we'll say so.

How fast
Re-services ride our routes — usually within 2-3 days, often faster because we're already in your neighborhood. If it can't wait, call and we'll tell you honestly what we can do that day.

How often
As often as it takes — no counter, no cap. But if we're coming back more than once between visits, your plan doesn't match your pest pressure. We'll recommend the right cadence instead of patching forever. That's the whole reason the Basic and Monthly plans exist.

What a re-service isn't
It's a targeted re-treatment of the problem areas — not a repeat of the full Initial Defense Service, and not a substitute for the right plan. Termite work, bed bug heat, and rodent exclusion are separate quoted jobs; the inspections are free.

What exactly does the re-service guarantee cover?
Any pest covered by your plan. If you see covered activity between scheduled visits, call or text and we return to re-treat at no charge — no visit fee, no debate, no 'wait until your next service.'
How fast do you come back?
Re-services ride our routes — usually within 2-3 days, often faster because we're already running your neighborhood. If it can't wait, call 480-454-7750 and we'll tell you honestly what we can do that day.
Is there a limit on how many re-services I can request?
No counter, no cap. But we'll be straight with you: if we're coming back more than once between visits, your plan doesn't match your pest pressure. We'll recommend the right cadence — usually Quarterly to Basic — instead of patching forever. The re-service is still free either way.
Does the termite treatment carry a warranty?
Yes. Full-perimeter termite treatments include a renewable treatment warranty: if subterranean termites re-infest a treated structure during the warranty period, we re-treat the affected area at no charge. Terms come in writing with your quote.
What about bed bugs?
Heat treatments include a follow-up inspection at 30 days. If we find live activity traceable to the original infestation at that inspection, we re-treat the affected rooms.
What's NOT covered?
Pests outside your plan (termites and bed bugs are quoted jobs, not plan add-ons), new infestations introduced after treatment (like bed bugs from travel), and conditions we flagged in writing that go unfixed — if we note a water leak feeding roaches and it stays leaking, treatment can't outwork plumbing.
