What counts
The covered-pest list for recurring general protection is scorpions, common household cockroaches, crickets, ants, spiders, and earwigs. Coverage applies when one of those pests is written on your active plan and returns before the next scheduled visit.

What a re-service isn't
It's a targeted re-treatment of the problem areas, not a repeat of the full Initial Defense Service, and not a substitute for the right plan. Termite work, bed bug treatment, and rodent exclusion are separate quoted jobs. Homeowner termite inspections are free; any other inspection fee is confirmed before scheduling.

German cockroach infestations, fleas and ticks, mosquitoes, and flies are outside the recurring general-pest guarantee. Specialty follow-up applies only as stated in the separate written service details.

Does the termite treatment carry a warranty?

What's NOT covered?
Pests outside your plan (termite treatment and bed bug treatment are separate services; Termite Bait Protection is an optional paid add-on), new infestations introduced after treatment (like bed bugs from travel), and conditions we flagged in writing that go unfixed, if we note a water leak feeding roaches and it stays leaking, treatment can't outwork plumbing.
