If a pest your plan covers shows up between scheduled visits, we return and re-treat at no charge — as many times as it takes.
No re-service fees. No "that's scheduled for your next quarterly." No 12-month contract holding the guarantee hostage. Service is month-to-month; the guarantee is the reason you'll stay.
The detail
What exactly does the re-service guarantee cover?
Any pest covered by your plan. If you see covered activity between scheduled visits, call or text and we return to re-treat at no charge — no visit fee, no debate, no 'wait until your next service.'
How fast do you come back?
Re-services are routed with the same priority as new emergencies — usually within 48 hours, often same-day or next-day if you call before 1pm.
Does the termite treatment carry a warranty?
Yes. Full-perimeter termite treatments include a renewable treatment warranty: if subterranean termites re-infest a treated structure during the warranty period, we re-treat the affected area at no charge. Terms come in writing with your quote.
What about bed bugs?
Heat treatments include a follow-up inspection at 30 days. If we find live activity traceable to the original infestation at that inspection, we re-treat the affected rooms.
What's NOT covered?
Pests outside your plan (termites and bed bugs are quoted jobs, not plan add-ons), new infestations introduced after treatment (like bed bugs from travel), and conditions we flagged in writing that go unfixed — if we note a water leak feeding roaches and it stays leaking, treatment can't outwork plumbing.
