How our pest control service works
Quarterly is $45–$65/month, Home Defense is $55–$75/month, and Monthly is $79–$99/month for homes up to 4,500 sq ft. Initial Defense is $149–$209 by home size. All three plans are billed monthly; scheduled visits are every three, two, or one calendar month, respectively. The Monthly plan provides monthly general-pest visits with scorpion-focused treatment matched to the property. Rodent Monitoring Protection, Mosquito Protection, and Termite Bait Protection are optional paid add-ons. Specialty treatments are separate; see the published starting prices on our plans page.
Perimeter pest control: your first line of defense
The initial inspection considers the exterior perimeter, garage, common entry points, and observed pest activity. Published general protection includes exterior and garage treatment, interior treatment on request, and accessible web and nest removal. Treatment areas depend on the property, access, and product instructions.
Scheduled visits maintain the agreed service. Report fresh activity between visits so the team can review covered-pest re-service under the written guarantee. A recurring treatment does not physically seal every opening in a home.
Residential pest control for Arizona homes
General Pest Protection includes ants, spiders, crickets, earwigs, common household roaches, and standard scorpion control. Quarterly, Home Defense, and Monthly have the same core coverage with different scheduled visit intervals. Structural scorpion sealing is separate.
Rodent monitoring, active trapping, exclusion, termites, bed bugs, German cockroach infestations, and other specialty work have separate prices and scopes. Compare the protection guide and written terms before approving service.
Availability for urgent pest requests
We review urgent requests by phone and confirm an available service window. Standard one-time treatment starts from $149; we confirm whether that service fits and provide the final price before work begins.
Yard, turf, and landscape pest activity
Targeted yard work can be added when evidence supports it. The goal is identification and timing: treating the pest's active stage and source, not applying a generic lawn spray to every brown patch.
Attic, insulation, and rodent-damage questions
Borate-treated insulation can add an insect-resistant attic layer and improve R-value, but it does not replace whole-home pest control and it does not solve active rodents or scorpions. Those problems must be removed and excluded first.

Monthly billing continues afterward, separately from your visit schedule. Homes over 4,500 sq. ft., acreage, and specialty infestations require a written quote.

Only for the initial visit, since we treat the interior. After that, recurring visits focus on the exterior perimeter, so we can service while you're at work. If something ever needs interior attention, we'll schedule a time that works.
Is the treatment safe for kids and pets?
Tell us about children, pets and access concerns before treatment. Follow the product-specific preparation and re-entry instructions provided for the treated areas. A fixed drying or re-entry time is not promised.
Can NEARPEST help with an urgent pest problem today?
Usually, when you call before 1pm and the route allows it. We prioritize stinging insects at entries, scorpions in sleeping areas, and rodents in living spaces, then give you the earliest clear window available.
Do you treat lawn pests or inspect pest-damaged attics?
Yes, when the evidence calls for specialty work. Yard treatments and attic or insulation work are inspected and scoped rather than sold as separate one-size-fits-all plans.
