Every new customer starts with a $99 initial visit. That's a full interior and exterior knockdown — baseboards, garage, entry points, eaves, block walls and the yard. We hit everything once, hard, to reset your home to zero. From there, scheduled perimeter treatments keep the barrier up year-round.
Standard coverage includes ants, roaches, spiders, crickets, earwigs, silverfish and centipedes. Got scorpions? That's our Shield+ plan — bi-monthly visits with scorpion-specific treatment. And on every plan, if pests show up between visits, we come back free.

How Our Pest Control Service Works
Visit one is the reset. A licensed tech treats inside and out — cracks, baseboards, entry points, garage, eaves and the full exterior perimeter. That first visit is $99, and it's usually the only time we need to come inside.
After that, we keep you on a schedule. Shield runs quarterly at $35/mo. Shield+ runs every other month at $45/mo and adds scorpion treatment — it's our most popular plan for a reason. Max runs monthly at $59/mo and adds mosquito control April through October. No mystery pricing. You know the number before we ever roll a truck.
Perimeter Pest Control: Your First Line of Defense
Perimeter pest control means treating the band around your home where bugs actually live — the foundation line, block walls, weep holes, landscape rock and expansion joints. Done right, most pests die outside before you ever see them.
On every visit we apply a liquid barrier around the foundation, treat the base of block walls, spread granules in landscape beds and sweep webs off eaves and patios. Desert pests like crickets and earwigs harbor in irrigated beds and under rock; granules reach them where sprays can't.
Arizona heat breaks products down faster than almost anywhere in the country, which is why the schedule matters more than the spray. A perimeter that gets refreshed on time stays sealed. One that doesn't, doesn't.

Every East Valley neighborhood has the same cast of characters: odorous house ants trailing the kitchen, American roaches coming up from drains in summer, wolf spiders and crickets in the garage, earwigs and silverfish in the bathrooms. We treat all of them as part of standard residential service.

How much does pest control cost in Arizona?
Our plans run $35/mo for quarterly service (Shield), $45/mo for bi-monthly scorpion coverage (Shield+), and $59/mo for monthly visits with seasonal mosquito control (Max). The initial knockdown visit is $99. Every plan includes free re-service between visits — no surprise add-ons.
How often should pest control be done in Arizona?
Quarterly at minimum, year-round. Arizona has no hard freeze, so pest pressure never fully stops — it just shifts with the seasons. If you have scorpions, go bi-monthly: their activity peaks through the warm months and quarterly gaps are too long to hold the line.
What's included in the $99 initial visit?
A full interior and exterior treatment: baseboards, kitchens and baths, garage, entry points, eaves, the foundation perimeter, block walls and granules in the landscape. It's a one-time reset so your recurring perimeter service starts with a clean slate.
Do I need to be home for service?
Only for the initial visit, since we treat the interior. After that, recurring visits focus on the exterior perimeter, so we can service while you're at work. If something ever needs interior attention, we'll schedule a time that works.
Is the treatment safe for kids and pets?
We use products registered for residential use and apply them according to the label — that's both the law and the safety standard. Keep kids and pets off treated areas until dry, usually under an hour in Arizona. Tell your tech about pets and we'll plan the application around them.
