Confirm the seasonal dates and treatment scope rather than assuming mosquito work is included in a home plan.

Sounds alone do not identify a rodent. Share any droppings, gnawing, nesting material, or access issues with the inspection request. Monitoring, active trapping, exclusion, and cleanup are separate questions in the written rodent proposal.

For suspected bed bugs, the affected rooms, furnishings, evidence, preparation, and follow-up determine the scope. Use the regional bed bug treatment page; recurring general pest coverage does not include that specialty work.

Quarterly, Home Defense, and Monthly have the same core general-pest coverage and different scheduled visit intervals: 3 calendar months, 2 calendar months, and each calendar month. All are billed monthly, starting at $45 per month for the smallest published home-size tier.

Initial Defense is a separate first-visit charge. Your first payment includes it plus the first monthly payment. Compare the complete home-size tiers, covered pests, and return-service terms before selecting the schedule.

Complete residential plans

For a restaurant, office, warehouse, rental property, or common area, describe the operation and the affected spaces. The walkthrough should separate recurring prevention, monitoring, corrective work, access, and documentation.

Commercial prices are separate from residential rates. Confirm the available schedule and follow-up terms for the business. A request before opening does not establish a guaranteed dispatch time.
