We inspect inside and out, including the desert-edge activity created by open land, block walls, landscape rock, irrigation, and nearby construction.

We confirm the recurring plan and any first-visit or specialty price before work starts.
03 Treat the pest activity
We build the exterior barrier and treat interior areas where covered activity is present.
04 Seal and note entry points
Garage gaps, doors, and accessible penetrations are checked, sealed where practical, and documented.
05 Leave a Defense Report
The written report lists what we found, every product and EPA registration number, pet/kid re-entry instructions, and when we are back.
