Initial Defense is the first service visit. We review the agreed service areas, explain the price and provide treatment instructions.
The first visit reviews the areas included in your service, the pest activity you report and accessible entry points.
We confirm the recurring plan and any first-visit or specialty price before work starts.
General Pest Protection includes exterior and garage treatment, with interior treatment on request.
We inspect common entry points and treat accessible areas as appropriate. Scorpion sealing starts at $399. Rodent exclusion and other structural work require inspection and a separate written quote.
Your Defense Report records the service. Follow the product-specific preparation and re-entry instructions provided for the treated areas.

No. Residential recurring plans are month-to-month. The visit schedule and monthly price are confirmed before treatment begins, and there is no long-term service agreement or cancellation fee.
General Pest Protection includes ants, spiders, crickets, earwigs, common household roaches and standard scorpion protection. Termites, bed bugs, German cockroach infestations, active indoor rodent trapping and structural sealing require separate work. Optional monitoring and protection add-ons cost extra.
Only the Monthly plan schedules a visit every calendar month. Home Defense visits occur every two calendar months and Quarterly visits every three. All three plans use monthly billing. Initial Defense counts as the first visit.
