How the Johnson Ranch program runs
Quarterly is $45–$65/month, Home Defense is $55–$75/month, and Monthly is $79–$99/month for homes up to 4,500 sq ft. Initial Defense is $149–$209 by home size. All three plans are billed monthly; scheduled visits are every three, two, or one calendar month, respectively. The Monthly plan provides monthly general-pest visits with scorpion-focused treatment matched to the property. Rodent Monitoring Protection, Mosquito Protection, and Termite Bait Protection are optional paid add-ons. Specialty treatments are separate; see the published starting prices on our plans page.

Wall age alone does not determine the visit schedule. Standard scorpion control is included on all three recurring plans. Describe sightings and accessible wall areas so the inspection can guide the work.
Does living on the golf course make pests worse?
It raises the cricket load, and crickets feed everything else. Course-facing lots get the rear wall treated hardest plus prey-base control so your yard stops being the best hunting ground on the street.
