NEARPEST no-contract pest control

What “no contract” means at NEARPEST

Our standard residential general-pest plans are month-to-month, without a required annual service term. You can keep scheduled pest protection without making a long-term commitment.

You still receive written service details. Those explain your coverage, charges, visit schedule, billing and cancellation terms. Your service agreement states the work and terms without an annual lock-in.

Before you begin, review the plan with us. You should understand what happens at the first visit, what the ongoing service includes and how to contact the team when you need help.

Choose a visit schedule without a year-long obligation

Choose Quarterly, Home Defense or Monthly service. Visits take place every three calendar months, every two calendar months or every month, respectively.

All recurring plans are billed monthly. A monthly payment does not necessarily mean a monthly visit; your selected plan determines the visit schedule.

General pest plans start at $45 per month for homes up to 2,500 square feet. Initial Defense starts at $149 and is charged in addition to the first monthly payment. Larger properties, add-ons and specialty work have separate pricing.

See the full pricing breakdown before choosing your plan, including what your first payment covers.

No long-term commitment. Support between visits.

Your recurring plan is more than a single treatment. If a covered pest returns between scheduled visits while your plan is active, contact NEARPEST about a targeted re-service under the written guarantee.

General Pest Protection includes standard scorpion protection alongside covered common household pests. Structural scorpion sealing and exclusion, termite work and other specialty programs are separate services with their own scope and terms.

We will explain whether your concern falls under the recurring plan or needs a different treatment approach. The next step should be clear before additional work is approved.

Comparing pest companies? Start with the terms.

A starting price is only part of the decision. Before choosing a service, ask how long the commitment lasts, how often visits occur, whether billing continues between visits and what the company does when covered pests return.

With NEARPEST, you can review the plan details before getting started. Bring your questions. We would rather explain how the service works now than leave you wondering what you agreed to later.

Questions about no-contract pest control

Can I cancel my residential plan?

Yes. Standard residential plans are month-to-month, without a required annual term. Contact NEARPEST to arrange cancellation and confirm the effective date and any final billing details. Cancellation ends future scheduled service and recurring-plan guarantee coverage. Your written service terms govern amounts owed and applicable conditions.

Is this the same as a one-time pest treatment?

No. A recurring plan includes scheduled service while active. A one-time treatment is a separate service for a particular need and does not include the ongoing recurring-plan guarantee. We can explain the difference before you choose.

Will I still pay an initial service charge?

Yes. Initial Defense is separate from the ongoing monthly rate. Your first payment includes the initial service charge plus the first monthly payment. The absence of a long-term commitment does not remove the initial service charge.

Do I pay monthly even when my visits are less frequent?

Yes. Quarterly and Home Defense plans use monthly billing even though their scheduled visits occur every three or two calendar months. Monthly service includes a scheduled visit each month. Confirm both schedules before signing up.

Does “no contract” apply to every NEARPEST service?

This page describes our standard residential general-pest plans. Commercial programs, specialty treatments, add-ons and exclusion work have separate written scopes and terms. Review the agreement for the specific service you are purchasing.
