Why pinal pest activity is its own animal
The farms, cotton, alfalfa, dairies, the feedlots around Coolidge and Casa Grande, keep flies and rodents in steady supply along the edges where fields meet houses. You don't spray your way out of that. You manage it, with source reduction and a perimeter that gets refreshed before it fails, and we're upfront about that difference before we ever quote a number.
What running it from San Tan Valley changes
Quarterly is $45–$65/month, Home Defense is $45–$65/month, and Monthly is $79–$99/month for homes up to 4,500 sq ft. Initial Defense is $149–$209 by home size. All three plans are billed monthly; scheduled visits are every three, two, or one calendar month, respectively. The Monthly plan provides monthly general-pest visits with scorpion-focused treatment matched to the property. Common questions
Do you really service Pinal County, or is it an upcharge?
We really do, on scheduled routes from the San Tan Valley base, and there's no distance upcharge. San Tan Valley, Florence, Coolidge, Gold Canyon, and Casa Grande all run at the same published pricing as the East Valley.
Why does Gold Canyon have so many more scorpions than my friend in Mesa?
The Superstition Mountains. Gold Canyon sits right up against them, and bark scorpions live in that rock and ride the washes down into yards. It's some of the heaviest scorpion pressure we treat anywhere on the map.
I'm next to a farm and the flies never stop. Can you fix that?
We can knock it way down and keep it managed, but anyone promising to eliminate flies next to active agriculture is selling you something. We treat the resting surfaces and entry points, advise on source reduction. Fly service and any follow-up visits are separately scoped and priced in writing.
My brand-new house already has scorpions. Did I get a bad lot?
No, it's normal out here. New construction displaces the scorpions that were living on that ground, and your fresh block wall is the best hiding spot left standing. the Monthly plan is built for exactly that.
