Gilbert
Our home base is a short run south in San Tan Valley, and Gilbert is one of our most-driven routes. When a scorpion shows up in your bathtub, we are not driving in from the other side of the Valley.
Chandler
Our home base sits just southeast in San Tan Valley, so Chandler stays inside our core route zone.
Mesa
Mesa's citrus belt is the Valley's roof rat epicenter, and NE Mesa's washes feed steady scorpion pressure. We treat both as year-round problems.
Queen Creek
New construction on former farmland is the perfect scorpion storm, and Queen Creek is living it right now. It sits right next to our San Tan Valley home base, so we treat it constantly, not from across the Valley.
Scottsdale
Preserve-edge living comes with preserve-edge pests. We run dedicated scorpion, rodent, bed bug, and commercial programs across Scottsdale.
Tempe
Older housing stock, high-turnover rentals, and a lake in the middle of the desert. Tempe's pest profile is specific, and we treat it that way.
What ties the East Valley together, and what doesn't
Then there's water, which a desert isn't supposed to have much of. Chandler's Ocotillo lakes, Tempe Town Lake, the greenbelts threaded through half these neighborhoods, all of it keeps insects breeding through stretches when the desert would otherwise go quiet, and the scorpions and spiders that eat those insects stick around to hunt them.
How we run it
We don't do zip-code pricing. A Scottsdale custom home might need a bigger initial scope than a Tempe rental, sure, but the plan rate is the plan rate. Anything shows up between visits, you call, we come back, and it doesn't cost you a thing.

Which East Valley cities do you cover?
Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, and Tempe each have their own page with the local detail. We also run routes through Apache Junction, Higley, and Sun Lakes, call and we'll confirm your address in about a minute.
Are you local, or is this a national brand?
Local. The office is in San Tan Valley, and we run valley-wide routes straight from there. No call center, no out-of-state dispatch.
Does the price change depending on my city?
No city surcharge applies. Quarterly is $45–$65/month, Home Defense is $55–$75/month, and Monthly is $79–$99/month for homes up to 4,500 sq ft. Initial Defense is $149–$209 by home size. All three plans are billed monthly; scheduled visits are every three, two, or one calendar month, respectively. The Monthly plan provides monthly general-pest visits with scorpion-focused treatment matched to the property. Rodent Monitoring Protection, Mosquito Protection, and Termite Bait Protection are optional paid add-ons. Specialty treatments are separate; see the published starting prices on our plans page.
