Taking calls 24/7

Most of the pest companies working the East Valley are dispatching from somewhere else — a call center, a regional hub, a franchise map drawn up in another state. We grew up out here. The office is in San Tan Valley, and the routes run Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Scottsdale, and Tempe every week, and the tech who knocks on your door knows these streets because we live out here too.

That matters most when something goes sideways between visits. A scorpion in the kids' bathroom at 9pm is not a wait-for-the-next-cycle problem, and since we're usually somewhere in the neighborhood already, we're not far. Re-services are free on every plan, and the East Valley callbacks tend to be the quickest ones we run all week.

The pest mix shifts as you move across the Valley — roof rats in the old citrus belts, bark scorpions in the newer builds on former farmland, mosquitoes wherever there's standing water. Pick your city below and we'll get specific. The pricing doesn't change from one to the next: Basic $59–$79/mo billed monthly, Monthly $99–$119, Scorpion protection $99–$119, after a $129–$179 Initial Defense Service.

What ties the East Valley together, and what doesn't

Geographically it reads as one sprawl, but the pest pressure isn't uniform at all. The older cores — central Mesa, Gilbert's Heritage District, Tempe's Maple-Ash — are roof rat and roach country, because mature citrus and decades-old plumbing hand them everything they need. The newer edges tell the opposite story: subdivisions built on land that was farm or open desert a few years back, where the grading shoved bark scorpions into fresh block walls.

Then there's water, which a desert isn't supposed to have much of. Chandler's Ocotillo lakes, Tempe Town Lake, the greenbelts threaded through half these neighborhoods — all of it keeps insects breeding through stretches when the desert would otherwise go quiet, and the scorpions and spiders that eat those insects stick around to hunt them.

How we actually run it

Every recurring customer starts with a Initial Defense Service. That's the heavy first appointment — perimeter, block walls and weep holes, eaves and webs, and the interior if you want it — and it does most of the knockdown. After that the plan takes over on its schedule, and the whole point is that you get to stop thinking about it.

We don't do zip-code pricing. A Scottsdale custom home might need a bigger initial scope than a Tempe rental, sure, but the plan rate is the plan rate. Anything shows up between visits, you call, we come back, and it doesn't cost you a thing.

Scorpion control by city

Questions, answered

Which East Valley cities do you cover?

Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, and Tempe each have their own page with the local detail. We also run routes through Apache Junction, Higley, and Sun Lakes — call and we'll confirm your address in about a minute.

Are you actually local, or is this a national brand?

Local. The office is in San Tan Valley, and we run valley-wide routes straight from there. No call center, no out-of-state dispatch.

Does the price change depending on my city?

No. Basic $59–$79/mo billed monthly, Monthly $99–$119, Scorpion protection $99–$119 a month, after a $129–$179 Initial Defense Service — the same on every street we service.

How fast can you start?

Usually within the week somewhere in the East Valley, since you're almost certainly on a route we already run. Contact us and we'll give you a real date instead of a four-hour window.

East Valley, you're on the route.
