Coolidge scorpions come from two directions. The new builds — Robson Ranch and the subdivisions going up on old farm and desert ground — displace bark scorpions into fresh block walls, same as everywhere in Pinal. And the agricultural edges keep the insect population high, which is the food supply the scorpions are really following.
Scorpion protection at $95-$135 a month handles both with a monthly, wall-focused routine, run out of our Queen Creek base. Free re-services if something turns up between visits, and the same pricing we charge in town.
Wall-focused monthly treatment
The block wall is where they live and travel. We treat the voids and weep holes every visit, not just the dirt around the foundation.
Prey-base knockdown
Crickets and the other insects the farm edges feed are what keep scorpions fed. Cutting that supply down makes your lot a lot less worth their time.
Blacklight mapping
A UV walk after dark shows where the activity really is. We use it to aim the treatment instead of guessing, especially on desert- and field-adjacent lots.
Where Coolidge scorpion pressure comes from
The new subdivisions are the obvious source — grade a parcel, displace whatever was living in it, watch it move into the nearest walls. Robson Ranch and the newer builds get the classic displacement surge, worst near anything still under construction.
The quieter source is the farmland. Active fields and dairies keep insects abundant along their edges, and where there's that much prey, scorpions and spiders set up to hunt. A house sitting between a new subdivision and a working field is getting it from both sides.
How the Coolidge program runs
Start with the $199-$299 clean-out — perimeter, walls, weep holes, harborage granular, blacklight on request. Then Scorpion protection takes over monthly at $95-$135 to keep the barrier live through the warm season.
Anything between visits, you call and the re-service is free. We run Coolidge from Queen Creek down the 87 and the 287 — call (480) 555-0199 and we'll slot your street in.
Questions, answered
Do you charge extra to come out to Coolidge?
No. Scorpion protection is $95-$135 a month after a $199-$299 clean-out, same as everywhere we run. Coolidge is a scheduled route off our Queen Creek base, not a special trip.
I'm in a new Robson Ranch house with scorpions. Normal?
Completely normal. New construction displaced them into your fresh walls. Monthly scorpion protection is the fix — chasing them one at a time isn't.
Will treatment help if I'm right next to a field?
Yes, though next to active agriculture the goal is steady control, not zero bugs. We treat the walls, cut the prey supply, and the free re-services keep it honest between visits.
